These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Premier Multi Services LLC ("Premier Multi Services", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote, booking a consultation, submitting documents, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — they are short, and they matter.
01Who we are — and what we are not
Premier Multi Services LLC provides professional support services: mobile and online notary, apostille processing, certified translation, business formation filings, TLC support, and related concierge services in New York.
We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in New York State, and we may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Nothing on this website, in a consultation, or in any communication from us is legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. We prepare, notarize, translate, file, and deliver documents at your direction; the decisions about what those documents should say and whether they suit your situation are yours. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
02Quotes and bookings
Quotes are prepared based on the information and documents you provide, and are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 14 days). If the scope changes — more pages, more signers, a different destination country — we will send a revised quote before continuing.
Consultation bookings are confirmed once payment (where applicable) is received. Consultation fees may be credited toward an eligible service as described at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, tell us as early as you can; we accommodate reasonable changes at no charge with advance notice.
03Payments
Invoices are due by the date stated on the invoice. We accept the payment methods listed on the invoice or payment page, such as card, ACH transfer, and other methods we confirm in writing. Government filing fees, courier costs, and other third-party charges included in a quote are passed through at cost and may be non-refundable once incurred, even if a service is later cancelled.
04Your documents and your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of the documents and information you provide. We do not verify the truth of a document’s contents — a notarization confirms identity and signature, not the accuracy of what is signed. You confirm that you are authorized to submit each document you send us and that your use of our services is lawful.
Notarial acts are performed strictly in accordance with New York law. We will decline any request that a notary may not lawfully perform, including notarizing without proper identification or for an absent signer.
05Turnaround times
Turnaround estimates are exactly that — estimates, given in good faith based on typical processing times. Government offices, couriers, and other third parties control parts of most timelines, and their delays are outside our control. When a deadline is critical (for example, a travel date), tell us up front so we can recommend priority handling.
06Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a request at any time. Work already performed, filings already submitted, and third-party fees already incurred are non-refundable. Where no work has begun, we will refund payments minus any processing costs. If we make a mistake, we fix it first — corrected re-issues of our own errors are always free.
07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Premier Multi Services LLC for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including missed deadlines, lost profits, denied applications, or travel costs — even if we were advised such damages were possible. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
08Website use
The content of this website — text, design, and graphics — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
09Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of our services are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Changes apply to services requested after the change takes effect; continued use of the website or our services means you accept the updated Terms.
